Members and workspaces
- Workspaces keep brands or clients apart, and you choose which ones each teammate sees.
- In a workspace: Admin can do everything in it, Editor can change agents, pages and leads, Viewer can only look.
- An invitation link works once, only for the invited email, for 7 days. Send it yourself (email, chat). The person opening it creates their account with that email, or signs in if they already have one.
- Change role and Remove are on each person's row, for owners and admins. Removing someone stops their access at once, along with their API keys and AI assistants in this organization. Only an owner changes or removes an owner, and an organization always keeps one.
API keys
- A key lets another tool (Zapier, your CRM, a report) use ScalingDeck.
- A key is shown once, when it is made. ScalingDeck keeps only a fingerprint, so a lost key is revoked and replaced.
- Revoking a key stops anything using it at once. It cannot be undone.
AI assistants
- Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants can use ScalingDeck for you: ask about spend and results, read and answer comments, look after leads, build pages, and make ads in Studio.
- To connect one, copy the Connection address on this tab and add it to your assistant as a connector (in Claude: Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector). Sign in to ScalingDeck in the window that opens and choose Read and act or Read only. Sends access to shows where the access goes: if it is not your assistant's address, cancel, whatever name it shows.
- The assistant works in every organization you belong to, and any you join later. It can never do more than you can in each one, and it sees only your workspaces.
- Some things it always asks you about first: changing live ads, lead flows or signals, publishing a page, and anything that costs credits. Some things it can never do: delete anything, billing, members and invites, API keys, and connecting ad accounts. Those you do here, in the app.
- Each organization's owners are told when an assistant reaches it. Disconnect stops your own assistant at once, in every organization. An owner or admin who disconnects someone else's stops it in their organization only.
Webhooks
- ScalingDeck sends each event you choose (a new lead, a lead updated, and more) to the web addresses you add, signed with the webhook's signing secret. Leave the events empty to send all of them.
- The receiving tool checks each send with the signing secret. "New secret" replaces the old one at once; the secret is shown only once.
- A webhook that fails for seven days is switched off; "Turn back on" restarts it.
- Removing a webhook stops sending to it. Sends already made stay in its history.
