Connections

Connect a Meta, TikTok or Snapchat login, then choose which workspace each ad account, Page and Instagram account belongs to.

• Signing in: you choose which Business and accounts to share with ScalingDeck.
• ScalingDeck reads your ad accounts, campaigns and spend, and the comments on your Pages, Instagram accounts and ads. It never changes your ads, budgets or bids, or posts as you, except what you launch yourself in Compose and the replies and hides your comment agent makes (with your approval at first).
• Who can connect: owners, admins and workspace admins. A workspace admin's connection stays inside their workspace.
• Snapchat: ScalingDeck reads each Snapchat ad account's campaigns and spend, and its lead forms (to add them to a lead flow). It reads no comments there. A Snapchat ad account you add later shows up here within an hour, waiting for a workspace.
• Each login's access is stored encrypted.
• Needs reconnecting: the login's accounts stop updating until you reconnect it. Sign in with the same login: its accounts stay in their workspaces and start updating again within the hour.
• Moving an account to another workspace: from then on its spend and the comments on its ads go to the new workspace. What it already has (spend history, comments, leads) stays with the old one. People who only see the old workspace stop seeing its new data.
• Disconnecting: ScalingDeck stops reading and acting through that login at once. What was already fetched stays. Connect it again any time.
